update 1.3.0 (the final patch)

Now this is the final update (hopefully) that the "Vikmo Show" Chapter 1 will receive:

Hebo's chase is more balanced.

Fixed the bug that caused the items menu to keep appearing on the game over screen.

All typos have been corrected.
